The Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra are Samsung's new technology showcase outside of foldable screen smartphones. Here is everything you need to know about this generation, which is not revolutionary, but which comes to perfect a formula that has proven itself.
The release of Samsung's new Galaxy S line of smartphones is one of the major events in the Android mobile market and often sets the tone for the rest of the year. Between their new design and the technical improvements they embed, the Galaxy S22 are no exception to the rule.

The screen of the Galaxy S22 and + remain this year on LTPS technology . It is able to vary its frequency from 48 to 120 Hz depending on the content displayed. Note that this pretty technical sheet for the screen is spoiled by an ugly bug which displays a pixelated bar crossing the device for some users. The issue appears to be software-based, as it only appears when the Vivid screen mod is enabled.

Finally, keep in mind that the smartphone is almost impossible to repair yourself . Samsung has applied the same formula as for the Galaxy S21 Ultra, namely fixing all the components with adhesive that is very difficult to remove. This is a clear change from the standard Galaxy S21, which is much easier to disassemble.
